Oatmeal Chocolate Cake – Healthy, Moist & Delicious!

Resting time in the fridge: 3-4 hours
Total time: about 4 hours
Servings: for 6 people

Ingredients

  • 220 g of oat flakes
  • 375 ml of coconut milk without added sugar
  • 170g 80% sugar-free dark chocolate , chopped

Preparation

  1. To begin, pour the coconut milk into a saucepan, stir, heat it, turn off the heat, pour it into a bowl where you have placed the chopped chocolate and mix well to melt it .
  2. Now add the oat flakes, then mix well using the spatula to obtain a dense and homogeneous mixture .
  3. Once this is done, line an 18 cm round springform pan with baking paper , pour in the mixture, level it out and cover it with cling film.
  4. Finally, put it in the refrigerator to firm up for 3-4 hours , then delicately remove the cake from the mold, place it on a plate and serve.
