3-Day military diet to lose 10 pounds in 3 day


The 3-day military diet is one of the most effective diets for losing weight in a short time. You should eat only what is on the list. Nothing more and nothing less.

This diet has been tried by many people who have lost 10 pounds and get in shape quickly in 3 days. However, the military diet is beneficial to health and may be repeated after a 4-day break. In fact, exercise is optional, but I’m sure it doesn’t hurt.

The 3-Day Military Diet Menu Plan:

3-Day military diet

Day 1:

  • Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, 1 slice toast, 2 tbs. peanut butter, 1 cup coffee or Tea (I prefer to use Detox Tea).
  • Lunch: 1/2 cup tuna, 1 slice toast, 1 cups Coffee or Tea.
  • Dinner: 2 slices any type of meat about 3 ounce, 1 cup green beans, 1/2 banana, small apple, 1 cup vanilla ice cream.

Day 2:

  • Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 slice toast, 1/2 banana.
  • Lunch: 1 cup cottage cheese or slice cheddar cheese, 1 hard boiled egg, 5 saltine crackers.
  • Dinner: 2 hot dogs, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream.

Day 3:

  • Breakfast: 5 soda crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 small apple.
  • Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast.
  • Dinner: 1 cup tuna, 1/2 banana, 1 cup vanilla ice cream.

After 3 days of the diet, you should lose up to 10 pounds (I lost 9 pounds). I am very happy with the results. It gave me hope that there is something that will work for me

Water is the only drink allowed in this diet (other drinks such as coffee or tea will probably be accepted during the day). In fact, it is very healthy and eliminates the toxin from the body.

Military diet food substitution list for all foods in the menu plan:

Hot Dog. You can have tofu, soy, turkey and baloney dogs as a substitute for hot dogs. But for vegetarians, they can eat lentils or mushrooms.

Tuna. To get the best tuna substitute, you should try cottage cheese, tofu, almonds and chicken.

Grapefruit . You can substitute grapefruit. Just mix 1/2 tbsp of baking soda with water and drink it, it will help you get the same effect as grapefruit.

Peanut Butter. A great substitute for peanut butter is pumpkin butter, almond butter, soybean butter, sunflower seed butter, or bean dip.

Coffee. You can substitute green tea for coffee, also you can have hot unsweetened cocoa made with water.

Banana. It can substitute a banana by different fruits, take 2 kiwis, 1 cup of papaya, two apricots, grapes or apple.

Meat. For the perfect substitute for the military diet, you can eat tofu, beans and lentils.

Green beans . Green bean substitutes in the military diet are lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, or any leafy vegetable.

Broccoli. Green vegetables such as cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, spinach or asparagus.

Carrot. Carrots can be substitute by pumpkin, beet, parsnip, pepper and celery.

Egg. You can replace the egg with a cup of milk, a chicken wing or 1/4 cup of nuts, also peanuts and almond butter will be the options for vegetarians.

Cheddar cheese substitute for the military diet is cottage cheese, and eggs are the best alternative as well. If you are a vegetarian, then go for soy milk, cabbage, and tofu.

Cottage Cheese. Eggs, cottage cheese, cheddar or plain greek yoghurt can be used as a substitute. Tofu and almond butter will be a good choice for vegetarians.

Apple. Pears, dried apricots, peaches, plums can be a good substitute for apples. Carrots can also be the alternative.

Saltine Crackers. Rice cake is a perfect substitute but you must make sure the calories stay the same.

Ice cream. A cup of fruit-flavored yogurt will be a perfect combination to substitute ice cream.
